Transportation Focus

TBG works with client teams to recommend performance objectives and policies; to develop effective messages; to manage services and technology programs; and to monitor progress toward improving the safety of our Nation’s transportation systems and users.  Behavior change initiatives require understanding and support from many disparate stakeholders.   We manage the process of inclusion while maintaining a focus on innovation and effectiveness.  We enable creative program design, comprehensive implementation and critical progress evaluation to elevate programs to new heights of success. We are guided by two Advisors, past Administrators of the Department of Transportation, Rick Capka of the Federal Highway Administration and John Hill of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.

Our ResultantsSM have extensive qualifications in diverse fields including management, business, environmental science, social science, social marketing, communications, finance, training development and delivery, information systems and technology, software development, public policy, and law.  We apply these diverse skills to provide a full range of services to support safety programs, including:

  • Program management and support

  • Strategic consulting and facilitation

  • Partnership development and support

  • Survey, marketing, education and outreach

  • Web and applications development

  • Software engineering

  • Systems integration

  • Instructional design and training

  • Meeting, conference and exhibition support

TBG has provided expertise and capabilities to reduce crashes and fatalities along our roadways and make our transportation systems safer for everyone.  Our integrated support for safety improvements is custom-tailored to meet each program’s current and evolving needs.  We have changed behaviors using the six approaches shown below and offer examples of our successes in Transportation Accomplishments.
